NOTME is based in Stockholm, Sweden and was founded by Matilda Jaensson in 2017. The brand was then developed with her daughter Amanda. Matilda saw the need for a specific product - a fragrance spray that neutralizes odors. Matilda soon realised that the products on the market always lacked an important component. So she created NOTME.

Matilda has always liked beautiful things, glitter and glamour. The passion for helping other people with both inner and outer beauty and inner and outer strength, led to Matilda becoming a make-up artist and skin therapist in 1996 and a licensed psychologist in 2007.

In 2015, Matilda suddenly got a serious illness and received long-term treatment at the hospital after waking up from her coma. During her time in hospital she came to the realization that we often find ourselves in situations where we encounter unpleasant odors on a daily basis.

Matilda thought about both her own past experiences and those of many of her clients and became aware of the gravity of this existing problem. For example, people of all ages avoid public toilets and often hold it in too long, which can lead to serious health complications.
