Can I return the products?

Yes, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as they fulfill the requirements listed under return policy.

How do I return the products?

To start a return, you must first contact us at contact@notmeonline.com. Remember that the products must fulfill the requirements written in the return policy.

Does it cost extra to return to products?

This depends on why you have chosen to return the product. In most cases there is a return slip that when emailed to you will make sure you can return the product without additional costs.

What do I do if I received the wrong product?

If you received the incorrect product, we ask that you contact us at contact@notmeonline.com or use our contact form here.

How long will it take to get refunded?

When we have received your products and inspected that they fulfill the requirements listed under the return policy, you will be refunded in the same way as your payment was made. Depending on the payment method used, the wait will vary.

I haven't received my refund, what do I do?

If you have not received your refund within 14 days after the products arrived and were approved at NOTME, we ask that you contact us through our contact form here or at contact@notmeonline.com. Prepare your order number and reference number before reaching out so we can help you quicker.

I paid with Klarna, how do I get refunded?

If you chose the "pay later" option with Klarna, we can adjust the invoice as long as the payment as not yet been made. If your invoice has gone through, Klarna will process the refund.

The product is damaged, what should I do?

If the product was damaged upon receiving it, we ask that you inform us of this as soon as possible through our email. We will likely ask you to then return to product to us so that we can inspect it and then send you a replacement.

Can I change my delivered products?

You cannot change the products once they are delivered, what you can do however is apply for a refund and return the products then place a new order.
