What payment services do you offer?

We offer Amex, Apple Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA, PayPal, ShopPay and Klarna.

My payment didn't go through, what do I do?

If your payment didn't go through, first check that all the information is correct. If your payment still displays an error, feel free to contact us or your bank for further information.

We also recommend that you delete any cookies and history on your browser as that usually solves the problem (this can be Googled if you don't know how to do it).

Can I cancel my payment?

Depending on your payment provider there might be options for you to cancel your payment before it has gone through. However, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible for order cancellation instead which will automatically lead to refund.

You don't offer my payment provider, what do I do?

If we do not offer your particular payment provider, feel free to contact us and we'll see how we can help you.

How do I use the discount code?

If you have a discount code this can be applied during checkout.

I used a discount code, but it's not working?

When applying the discount code, make sure that the discount code is still valid. For example, some codes can only be used once or during a specific time. Feel free to contact us here if you still face issues with the discount code.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice can be found in the confirmation email that you recieved after checkout.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation will be sent to the email provided during checkout. If this email was incorrect or if you would like to send it to a different email, use our contact form and we will help you.

Why doesn't my card work?

If your card does not work, make sure that the numbers are all correctly displayed. If it is not that, contact your bank and check if your card is open for online shopping.
