Where can I find my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation will be sent to the email provided during checkout. If this email was incorrect or if you would like to send it to a different email, use our contact form and we will help you.

Where can I see my order?

If you have an account you always have access to your order information there. If you do not have an account, please refer to emails with updates or tracking number. If you have any further questions, we ask that you use our contact form here.

Can I change my order?

Yes, if you contact us at contact@notmeonline.com within 24 hrs we can manually change your order. Make sure to write order confimation number, email and name for us to help you quicker.

Can I add a product after placing an order?

Yes, you can. The easiest way is to do this it to place an additional order. But you are always welcome to contact us at contact@notmeonline.com and we will gladly assist you further.

When will my products arrive?

We ship worldwide, so this depends on where you delivery address is located.

My products haven't arrived, what do I do?

If your products have not arrived, we ask that you confirm that the address was correct. If you have the Shopify App you can check directly where your order is. You can also contact us here. Please remember that the Covid-19 situation might delay shipping.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation?

The order confirmation is usually sent within an hour to the email provided at the checkout. If you have not received an email within a couple of hours follow these steps:

1. Check your spam/junk inbox.

2. Check if the payment has been processed, in which case the order has likely gone through.

3. Contact us here if you have any questions or would like us to send the order confirmation to you again.

Can I cancel my order?

In most cases if the order has gone through and the shipping process has started it will not be possible to cancel an order. However, if you contact us at the earliest possible time, we can check what the options are.

Can I edit the address or contact details?

Yes, if you have an account you can always change your contact details. However, the delivery address will only change for future orders. Any ongoing orders will be shipped to the address given in the order confirmation.

I got the wrong product, what do I do?

If you have indeed received the wrong product, we first want to truly apologise for the mistake. We ask that you contact us here so that we can send you the correct product.

Where is the delivery note?

In regards to the evironment, we have chosen to not add any delivery notes. You can check that the order is correct on your account or the order confirmation that we emailed you.

My order didn't go through, now what?

We apologise for the inconvenience this might have caused you. We advise you to contact us before placing a new order. When you contact us, make sure that you add name, email and address so that we can find out what happened.

Where are my products?

You can check where your order is under My Account or through your tracking number on the Shopify App.
