How much is shipping?

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package. Additional costs may apply depending on the region and delivery service.

My product hasn't arrived, what do I do?

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order there. If you do not have an account, please fill in the contact form with order number and we will get back to you with updates.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship all over the world. If you cannot find or add your particular destination, feel free to reach out to us and we will help you order.

Is the tax included in the price?

All our products are displayed with the taxes included in the final price. If you have any specific questions regarding your country or region, please feel free to send us a message through our contact form. For Canada, the EU and the United States, the shipping rates are included in the tax calculation.

How do I track my package?

When your order is processed, you will recieve a tracking number through our shipping company to your email.

How do I know when shipping has started?

You will receive an email with the tracking number and information that your product has been shipped.

What shipping alternatives do you offer?

This depends on the region in which you are located. Here are some of the delivery services we use: FedEx Standard, FedEx Express, DHL Global Mail, DHL Express, UPS MI, UPS and USPS.

What do I do if my package is damaged?

If your package has been damaged before delivery, we ask that you first contact us at contact@notmeonline.com so that we can contact our shipping company. After that we will keep in touch with you in regards to possible compensation or return and delivery of a new product.

Is customs added in the shipping cost?

Depending on the country you are in, there can be additional customs costs that NOTME is not able to mitigate beforehand.

Where can I find the package release code?

This will be delivered to you either by email or sms via the delivery company. If you have not received such a code, we ask that you contact us at contact@notmeonline.com

Tracking page shows as delivered, but I don't have my package?

First contact the delivery company that are assigned to deliver your package. If you still have problems or need assistance, we ask that you contact us at contact@notmeonline.com so that we can help you further.
